Sue Anderson, MBA is a Manager in the Washington D.C. office of ECG MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS, INC.Ms. Anderson has extensive experience assisting both academic and community hospitals with cardiac service line planning and strategy development efforts.Recently, she assisted a prominent academic medical center in developing a cardiac service line strategy designed to drive growth and encourage collaboration between associated departments.Ms. Anderson is currently working with a community hospital in the Mid-Atlantic area, helping the hospital to devise tactics for rapidly increasing referrals to its newly opened cardiac surgery center.She also has expertise in medical staff development, operations analysis and managed care contracting.Ms. Anderson earned her MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
