   Anything over 75,000 square feet must go before the Planning Commission because of the many different things impacted by a large business, said Lee Anderson, director of planning for Morganton.

   Anderson said plans call for the building to be made up of several different facades, each with different elements and building materials. It will look much like the Wal-Mart Supercenter in Conover, he said, but with a Colonial flavor.
