David Anderson
David Anderson joined Cordiant in 2006.David is involved in a broad range of matters within the operations of the company, including the evaluation of investment proposals, coordinating performance reporting for fund portfolios, and contributing to marketing and product development efforts.
Prior to joining Cordiant, David practiced corporate/securities and technology law in Ottawa and Toronto, with an emphasis on equity financings, M&A transactions, licensing deals and corporate governance issues.He worked primarily with emerging growth companies, underwriters and venture capital funds in the information technology and oil & gas sectors.David also has experience consulting for financial services firms on strategic and market entry initiatives.
David has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and an undergraduate degree in International Relations (BA) from McGill University.He has also been called to the Bar of Ontario after obtaining civil law (LL.L) and common law (LL.B) degrees from the University of Ottawa.
