April Anderson comes from an extensive background in performance improvement in hospital settings, where she has worked with top management to improve business processes, trained teams in cost reduction, and incorporated performance improvement initiatives into strategic and operating plans.Her experience with quality measures and building information systems coupled with her team management experience ideally suits her for client education.At her most recent position as the Director of Organizational & Performance Improvement at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington, Massachusetts, Ms. Anderson worked to evaluate and improve processes at every level of the organization.

Ms. Anderson earned her B.A. in Biology and Psychology from Tufts University and her M.S. from Dartmouth College's Evaluative Clinical Sciences program.She teaches and lectures on performance improvement on a continuing basis.
