Mr. Anderson is managing director of FNL Management Corporation.He is responsible for the firm's investment banking and intermediary relationships and oversees selected portfolio companies.He serves as chairman of Diversco Holdings, Inc., Paradigm Packaging, Inc. and Snyder Industries, Inc.

Prior to joining FNL Management, Mr. Anderson was senior vice president of corporate strategy for KeyCorp, a $70 billion bank holding company.Previously, he was vice president of corporate development, responsible for corporate planning and acquisitions, and vice president and general manager of the international division of Invacare, the leading manufacturer of wheelchairs in the world.Before joining Invacare, Mr. Anderson was with McKinsey & Company in Cleveland and London, where he was engaged in general management consulting.

Mr. Anderson is a graduate of Yale University and the Harvard Business School, where he received an M.B.A. in General Management.
