Carrie Alvarez

Our physical therapist, Carrie Alvarez, received her Masters from Touro College in Manhattan.We've recently introduced a new form of physical therapy to the office called Pilates.It helps increase the strength and muscle tone of the mid section or "core."These stronger muscles in turn combat lower back pain, improve posture and increase joint mobility.Carrie recently became certified to teach Pilates from All American Pilates in Wellington.
