PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Flaster/Greenberg, attorneys for James Sanford, Corsan Technologies, Inc., and Elite Management, Inc., today announced a lawsuit against Pure Earth, Inc., its CEO Mark Alsentzer, and William LaVan, Jr., a former employee of Pure Earth, for defamation, libel, tortious interference with contract and tortious interference with prospective business relations.
