Mr. Allen was most recently the CFO of American Medical Response , Inc. a $ 1.2 billion subsidiary of Laidlaw , Inc.Mr. Allen is a senior executive with a proven record of operational and financial accomplishments in leadership and managing through change.His leadership was responsible for the integration of two $ 600 million operating companies with diverse cultures.He successfully managed the centralization of all accounting , IT , accounts payable , and payroll functions for over 22 , 000 employees.His operational background includes significant experience in Federal and State healthcare regulations , Community and Government Relations , IT operations , and Human Relations.Mr. Allen has served as a senior executive in the healthcare industry since 1982 , with prior professional training and experience as a Certified Public Accountant with a regional CPA firm in California.Mr. Allen holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Chico State University in Business Administration with additional studies in finance at Stanford University.
