Nicole Allen

[Nicole Allen, Operations Manager] joined the DMOC team in 1998. Nicole is responsible for processing all timesheets, invoices, as well as facilitating payroll and working alongside third party companies to pre-screen candidates. Once a freelance placement is made, Nicole issues contracts and oversees the necessary follow-up. She also manages the execution of all DMOC's direct mail, e-mail campaigns, and website optimization projects. Nicole provides support for the DMOC team, from troubleshooting systems problems to assisting with client servicing.
