Nicole A. Allen is an associate in Jenner & Block's Chicago office. She is a member of the Firm's Litigation Department.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Allen worked for DaimlerChrysler AG, in their Human Resources and Corporate Union Relations Departments. During this time she participated in the 2003 labor contract negotiations between DaimlerChrysler and the UAW, and was responsible for investigating and responding to charges filed against the Corporation with the National Labor Relations Board and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Ms. Allen earned her J.D. cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School in 2008, where she received honors in Legal Practice and the Certificate of Merit award in Tax. Ms. Allen was also a quarter finalist in the Henry M. Campbell Moot Court competition, and a member of the Business Law Association. She received her B.B.A. with honors from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business in 2003, with concentrations in finance and management & organizations.

Ms. Allen is a member of the Illinois Bar and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association.
