Kelly Allen - Vice President of Special Projects Kelly Allen has over 22 years of experience in various aspects of the electrical construction industry. Kelly spent 4 years as a Baltimore City Police Officer. He then shifted into the electrical field in 1985 in a Vice President's role for Windsor Electric. Kelly went into business for himself in 1998 as owner and President of KAS Enterprises, Inc. Most recently, Kelly has joined 1st Electric as the Vice President of Special Projects. Kelly is responsible for estimating, coordination, and construction of various special projects. Kelly carries a Master Electrical license for the State of Maryland. Currently, Kelly is the Chairman for ABC National Electrical Council and past Chairman of ABC Baltimore and Vice Chair ABC National.
