Katherine studied for her law degree at the University of Southampton and subsequently completed her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Guildford for which she was awarded a distinction. Katherine trained with the firm and qualified as a solicitor in the Corporate Department in September 2006.

Katherine works as part of the Corporate team specialising in the acquisition and disposal of private companies and businesses. Katherine also advises on shareholder arrangements, partnership matters and enterprise management incentive option schemes.
