Bill Allen holds a doctorate in special education from the University of Washington.His work experience includes resource development, program evaluation, advocacy, field-based research, therapy, teaching, technical assistance and consultation.Bill has a special interest in developing ways to promote more individual and family involvement in all aspects of the developmental and mental health service systems.For the last twenty years, he has been a general partner in the technical assistance firm of Allen, Shea and Associates.

Mr. Bill Allen, TreasurerBill Allen completed his Masters of Business Administration at the University of Maine at Orno, Maine and received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina.Mr. Allen currently provides financial management and administrative consulting services to a broad range of small business clients in the Austin area.He and his wife Ann Patterson reside in Leander with their two children, Chelsea and Will, ages 11 and 10 respectively that attend Summit Christian Academy.Bill was actively involved with Great Hills Christian School as a member of the Board of Directors.
