Mr. Ali is university student and is doing his masters in English Literature. He is an human rights activist, write columns for local newspapers, actively involve in community works. He is very much ambitious to work for children's rights.

Member of AGHE, Mr. Safdar Ali, Miss. Noseen, and Mr. Sartaj Khan from District Ghizer were awarded with a prize of "Quaid-e-Azam Award for their distinguish services as master trainers of Women & Family Assistance Project which was being initiated by AGHE to eliminate domestic violence against women.

SISP has asked the DfES to investigate the links between Safdar Ali, the Slough Labour Party Chairman and chair of governors at Lea School, and SIT, of which he is a member, to see if the cabinet decision was fair.
