Mr. Augusto Huescar is the regional representative for the Americas of the World Tourism Organization; Mr. Guillermo Rocha is the Director for Latin American Affairs of the International Hotel and Restaurant Association; and Mr. Alejandro Alfonso is UNESCO's Regional Adviser for Communication in Latin America and the Caribbean.
