In Attendance: Philip Aldis is the Community Involvement Officer, Hastings Borough Council (HBC), with a role of facilitating community engagement with planning the Local Development Framework.This is a 15-year plan.There is to be a ‘Statement of Community Involvement' to be published soon.A draft is on the council's website.Philip is keen to attend the groups meetings.
