Anne Aldis has an MA and has been Research Manager at the Conflict Studies Research Centre, UK Defence Academy, since the mid-1980s. She, and the Centre, have been active partners in several internationally-funded research, conflict resolution and defence diplomacy projects in the Baltic States, around the Black Sea and in the South Caucasus.
