   Lindsey Aldington Lindsey has over 12 years experience of working in social housing for both Housing Associations and Local Authorities. Lindsey started her career working in Housing Management moving on to Housing Needs and Homelessness, before becoming Area Development Manager for a progressive RSL operating across the South, and most recently as Development Manager for another large RSL. Lindsey's development experience is wide ranging from devising a mixed-use scheme on a rural exceptions site to negotiating the affordable housing on large-scale developments. Over the past five years Lindsey has consistently produced and managed a substantial Development programme. Working closely with a number of Local Authorities, Lindsey has developed sound relationships and has been asked to participate in a number of specific projects for Local Authorities including producing supplementary planning guidance and SRB initiatives. As a Board member for a small RSL, Lindsey has an interest in the wider issues affecting providers of Affordable Housing. She has a Professional Diploma in Housing Studies.
