Diane's employee, Tim Alden, is also a Licensed Dispensing Optician with over 34 years experience.He is past Legislative Director for the Opticians Association of Washington, and is past President of that organization.He is also a member of the Washington State Optician Examining and Advisory Committee.In his spare time, Tim is webmaster for the Opticians Association website at www.oaw.org.Tim was also awarded the Optician of the Year award at the 2004 Opticians Association convention in Everett.

Tim Alden earned his Washington State license as a dispensing optician in 1973.He is currently a Fellow of the National Academy of Opticianry and the American Board of Opticianry.He has served as legislative director for, and is a past president of, the Opticians Association of Washington.Tim was voted by his peers to be the Washington State "Optician of the Year" in 2004.He is currently a member of the Washington State Opticians Examining Committee.

Tim joined Woodlawn Optical in 1998.He and his wife Tamra live in Redmond.
