   Steffany is the Job Developer, Employment Worker and Co-Instructor for the NSMS First Step Employment Program. She has been with NSMS since May 2002, and has been an instructor for the past 13 years, as well as becoming a job developer and employment counsellor eight years ago. During her work in adult education she has taught a variety of courses, including job search, computer courses, customer service, business writing, office procedures, and keyboarding. Steffany's work experience includes instructing for the Vancouver School Board and North Shore Continuing Education, as well as teaching in a private business college and for Vancouver Community College. In addition, she has worked in office administration for a major airline, a utilities company and temporary employment agencies. Steffany holds a bachelor of arts degree from London, England, has her Provincial Instructors diploma, and is True Color certified.
