Mr. Alden, an Army veteran of the Korean War, was born in Brockton, Mass. He was a nursing assistant for 37 years for the Brockton Veterans Adminstration Hospital. He was a charter member of the Brockton Veterans of Foreign Wars. He also worked for the St. Augustine Center for Living. He enjoyed camping, fishing, sports, music and travel. -
