Bob Aldcorn, Justice Institute of British Columbia (JIBC), was introduced to explain JIBC application.Discussion on letters from BC fire commissioner indicating that both agencies were authorized, issues of multiple accredited agencies in a state or province, and ability of JIBC to serve all constituents in such a large province.Tabled further discussion to complete rest of agenda (see end of minutes).
