Prior to his tenure at Xavier, Aldaz served as assistant coach at the University of Dayton and helped lead the Flyers to an 11-7-1 overall record including an 8-3-0 mark and a runner-up finish in the Atlantic 10 Conference.
While at Dayton, Aldaz was responsible for much of the recruiting efforts for the Flyers and was integral in planning training sessions and match analysis.He was also the team liaison for the NCAA compliance coordinator and athletic academic advisor at UD.
Hare comes to FGCU after spending two seasons in the A-10 Conference with the University of Massachusetts as an assistant coach, his responsibilities included working with the Minutemen in all aspects of recruiting, practice organization and camp management.
