While at Xavier, Aldaz assisted in the planning and execution of all team and individual training sessions, developed a strategic recruitment plan, identified potential student-athletes, coordinated team travel arrangements, and used video analysis and conference tape exchanges to scout opponents.

Prior to his tenure at Xavier, Aldaz served as assistant coach at the University of Dayton and helped lead the Flyers to an 11-7-1 overall record including an 8-3-0 mark and a runner-up finish in the Atlantic 10 Conference.

While at Dayton, Aldaz was responsible for much of the recruiting efforts for the Flyers and was integral in planning training sessions and match analysis.He was also the team liaison for the NCAA compliance coordinator and athletic academic advisor at UD.

Hare comes to FGCU after spending two seasons in the A-10 Conference with the University of Massachusetts as an assistant coach, his responsibilities included working with the Minutemen in all aspects of recruiting, practice organization and camp management.

Aldaz joined the Flyers from the University of Redlands in California, where he completed a two-year stint as an assistant coach while working on his Master's degree in Education Administration.

Prior to his experience with the Redlands Bulldogs, the native of Buenos Aires, Argentina, served as an assistant men's soccer coach at Schreiner University in Kerrville, Texas.Aldaz also coached the Austin Flyers Soccer Club for four years.As a player, he played for a season on the San Antonio Pumas of the United Systems of Independent Soccer Leagues.A graduate of the University of Texas, Aldaz earned his degree in economics in 2000.In 1996, he helped the UT men's soccer club win the NCSA National Championship.
