Luis Alday was formerly a partner with the accounting firm Huerta and Alday CPAs.He has a Masters of Taxation from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Florida-Gainesville.

Mr. Alday's work experience comes from prestigious firms such as Barnett Bank, Deloitte and Touche, Ever & Company and Cove, Schwartz & Dunn.Mr. Alday also handles many of Atlantic Biologicals contractual and governmental responsibilities, including General Services Administration (GSA) and the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS).
