Ron Alcorn joined the company in July 2001 as the vice president of engineering.Alcorn is a seasoned IT executive with proven success in achieving business objectives.

Prior to joining the company, Alcorn held the position of director of engineering at Eclipse Networks, Inc., where he managed e-business practices in the telecom and financial vertical markets.Before Eclipse Networks, Inc., Alcorn served as the vice president and chief information officer for the Personal Lines Division at Great American Insurance Companies, where he created leading-edge e-commerce solutions for the car insurance industry.Alcorn has also held a variety of management roles in the areas of project management, new development, business analysis and production support.

Alcorn received degrees at Miami University in applied science and finance.
