Joann Alcordo Joann comes with a background in both ministry and accounting to serve as the Treasurer of the District Executive Committee. She is the wife of Rev. Joey Alcordo where together they give spiritual leadership to Jesus Risen Lord Alliance Fellowship in American Canyon, CA.
