"We absolutely will file a motion to set aside this verdict," Thomas Albro, attorney for WVIR-TV, said in a telephone interview Saturday.

"She didn't have any motive to make that up," Albro said Saturday."She got absolutely everything right in the story except that one thing."

Murray contended that the station failed to air a retraction after the mistake was brought to light by Sheckler's lawyer in the criminal case, but Albro said the lawyer "was satisfied that the story had stopped running" and did not want a retraction.
