With fifteen years experience linking business to technology, Sandy Albro brings a wealth of expertise to WinResources Computing, Inc.As a successful project manager with expertise in planning, implementing and training Sandy was responsible for the rollout of a point of sales system in 65 locations nationwide as well as the migration of 250 computers to NT 4.0 and Windows 95.As a Business Systems Manager for The Chart House, a national restaurant chain, Sandy was responsible for directing the integration of business process with technology by establishing project plans to identify, evaluate, configure and implement new software applications.As well, Sandy has been responsible for verifying the quality of software applications and documentation before deployment and has several years of experience managing help desks for up to 250 computers and over 370 users.

As manager of the Test and User Services departments, Sandy is responsible for many aspects of client satisfaction.She manages the Test department to ensure that quality products are delivered.In the User Services department she and her team are responsible for producing documentation as well as ensuring the client receives the intended result.The help desk, also part of User Services, provides solution support to WinResources Clients.Sandy is on the front line whenever client satisfaction is the focus.

Sandy Albro is the Vice President of Operations and Technology, managing all aspects of credit union servicing from origination to lease end, as well as overseeing all of our technology needs.She strategically guides the implementation, management and security of all technology systems and drives the alignment of technology with corporate business goals.

Mrs. Albro has been with CULA for five years, beginning as our Director of IT and then being promoted to Customer Service Director in 2005.In July of 2007, she was again promoted to Vice President.Sandy has spent 17 years of her career in project management.Prior to coming to CULA she spent 5 years with WinResources Computing, Inc. where she was primarily a project manager.While at WinResources she was the Quality Assurance Implementation Lead responsible for creating implementation plans, managing the implementation and roll out of applications, documentation for installations and custom applications, planning and managing quality assurance related project efforts and customer support.

Prior to working at WinResources, Mrs. Albro spent fifteen years as a business manager with The Chart House Restaurants, a national restaurant chain, linking business to technology.She was in operations for eight years as a user and trainer and has seven years of corporate experience in Information Technology.
