   One thing I'd like to see mentioned is the enthusiasm of assistant coach Rick Albro.Toward the end of the game he was off the bench, waving his arms and getting the crowd on their feet!

   EAST LANSING - Rick Albro has been named an assistant coach with the Michigan State women's basketball program.
   
   Albro spent three years as the top men's assistant at Cleveland State from 2003-06.His most recent position was the varsity boys basketball coach at Grandville High for the 2006-07 season.
   
   Albro graduated from Western Michigan in 1971 with a bachelor's degree in business administration.He earned his master's degree in education administration from Central Michigan in 1985.

   I'm thinking that this means that Albro must have worked under Mike Garland while at Cleveland State.

   He had a lot of success at East Grand Rapids High with the Varsity boys program and at Aquainas College as head coach.
