   Rachelle Albright has been named vice president of project management of F. H. Myers Construction Corp. of Harahan.
   
   Albright has been employed with the firm since September 1996. During this period, she served as project manager/estimator on numerous major construction projects in our community. She recently managed the successful completion of renovations for Academy of the Sacred Heart.
   
   This project was a $6 million conversion of the old First Baptist Church facility on Napoleon Avenue in New Orleans, La. After receiving her bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Louisiana State University in 1995 she was employed by Schlumberger Dowell as a field engineer. Albright also recently accepted the position of chairman of the Associated Builders and Contractors' Bayou Chapter.
