Albright is a graduate of the Wake Forest School of Law. He received his college degree from Duke University and graduated from Grimsley High School in Greensboro.

   District Attorney R. Stuart Albright will replace the retiring W. Douglas Albright on the bench, Easley said in a news release.

   Stuart Albright has been a member of the Gov.'s Task Force on Driving While Impaired and on the Executive Committee of the North Carolina Conference of District Attorneys. He graduated from Duke University and Wake Forest University School of Law.
