   Phil Albright is the 2nd Vice President of the Board and chairs the endowment campaign. He is a retired engineer and insurance company executive having served as vice-president and secretary of the Mutual Assurance Co. and retiring as a partner in the firm of Weeks-Worthington & Co. Phil holds a degree in Engineering from Stanford University and an Associate Degree in Landscape Design from Temple University and is a licensed professional engineer. In 1999, Phil was named Humanitarian of the Year by the MONTCO Chamber of Commerce. The Ambler Area YMCA honored Phil as their Volunteer of the Year in 1997 and he has received their annual Hugh Gehman Award of Excellence for 1996-2000. He has also received the YMCA Red Triangle Award. In 1997, he received the Rotary Achievement Award for Community Service.

   Mr. Albright, a Blue Bell resident is a retired engineer and insurance executive, having come to Philadelphia in 1977 as Vice President and Secretary of the Mutual Assurance Company and subsequently partner in the firm of Weeks-Worthington and Co. He earned a BS in civil engineering from Stanford University.
