Phil Albright is the 2nd Vice President of the Board and chairs the endowment campaign. He is a retired engineer and insurance company executive having served as vice-president and secretary of the Mutual Assurance Co. and retiring as a partner in the firm of Weeks-Worthington & Co. Phil holds a degree in Engineering from Stanford University and an Associate Degree in Landscape Design from Temple University and is a licensed professional engineer.
