Jon D. Albright, President - Founder
Jon Albright began his Real Estate career in 1988 working for a National Developer leasing warehouse and flex space in the Memphis market. He was later promoted to Project Manager of Clark Tower, Tennessee's largest office building, containing over 600,000 square feet of office space. While at Clark Tower, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (owner) completed a multi-million dollar renovation of the landmark office building, which helped Albright lease in excess of 100,000 square feet of space during 1990 & 1991.
In 1997 Albright launched Jon Albright Real Estate Services, LLC. The firm's initial focus was centered on tenant representation services for a wide array of clients within and outside of the Memphis metropolitan market. Beginning in 1998, Albright and a variety of local partnerships began developing office buildings in Cordova, Collierville, Memphis, and Germantown. Albright has successfully developed buildings from 1,200-20,000 RSF, which equates to nearly 200,000 RSF of office space. Additional projects in Collierville, Olive Branch, MS. and Florida are in the planning and feasibility stages.
Albright earned the prestigious CCIM designation in 2002. In 2006 Albright will serve as the President of the Commercial Council, which is part of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors. Albright has previously served as a Director at MAAR and has been on numerous committees at the association, including: Director of Multi Million Dollar Club, By-Laws, Nomination, Commercial Council, and Strategic Planning Seminars. Albright is a graduate of Leadership Collierville; Member of Who's Who in Executives and Professionals, Serves on the Board of Directors for Community Homes of Illinois (not for profit) and the Page Robbins Adult Daycare Center in Collierville. Albright is also a member of the M-Club Board of Directors (former athletes University of Memphis) and previously served on the Board of Directors at Renasant Bank. In 2004 Albright received a Pinnacle award, which represents top performance in commercial real estate production.
The Greensboro, North Carolina native graduated Cum Laude from University of Memphis in 1984. Albright was a four (4) year letter winner on the men's basketball team, which was consistently ranked in the nations top 20 during this period. Upon graduation, Albright began a television-broadcasting career serving as a color analyst for college basketball games throughout the country. Albright worked for local, regional and national networks. In 2004 Albright concluded his twenty (20) year career by retiring from his on air responsibilities.
Jon was married in 1985 to the former Stefanie Tashie of Germantown, Tennessee.
