   John Albright serves as managing director, finance, of Crescent Real Estate Equities, Ltd. Mr. Albright is responsible for investing capital in mezzanine loan opportunities for the company and for Redtail Capital Partners, a mezzanine investment partnership between Crescent and Capstead Mortgage.
   
   Prior to joining Crescent, Mr. Albright was a principal with real estate hedge fund manager, Trilogy Capital Advisors in Westport, Connecticut. He also has served as director in the real estate investment banking department of UBS Warburg in New York, as well as vice president of the real estate investment banking group at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Company in Arlington, Virginia.
   
   Mr. Albright holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University.
