   Dr Simon Albrecht teaches organizational psychology at Curtin University of Technology, Western Australia. Simon has a Bachelor of Psychology, a Masters of Psychology, a Ph.D. and is a registered organizational psychologist. Research interests include assessment of organizational climate, management and leadership development, individual psychological assessment, 360 feedback, attitudes toward change, organizational politics and emotional intelligence. Simon's PhD focused on understanding the antecedents and consequences of trust in senior management. Simon is published in international refereed journals, edited volumes, and numerous conference proceedings.
