    Eugenia Margaret Albrecht a lifelong resident of Carrollton, Missouri passed away at Life Care Center in Carrollton, Mo. on July 8th, 2006. Eugenia was born November 23, 1918 in Carrollton, Missouri to Ray E. and Alice Harrison Brooks.

    Eugenia spent most of her life working with service and social organizations. She was a 4-H Leader, a Member of St. Mary's Alter Society, a member of Church Women United Clothing Center, The Mayview and Winfey Extension Clubs, and collected for the American Cancer Society a number of years. She was the nursery attendant at the United Methodist Church for several years, and had many children who loved her there. She also volunteered with the reading program at the local elementary schools. Eugenia was a homemaker and spent her early years babysitting and caring for children. In 1961 she went to work at F.M.Stampers in Carrollton, which would later become Banquet Foods. She worked there until her retirement in November 1981, giving 20 years of service. Eugenia enjoyed gardening and had many beautiful flowers. She raised beautiful Aftican Violets. She also loved animals and spent many happy years with Trixy and a very special little friend Itty Bitty. Her greatest joys were her faith and her family.
