   Adam Albrecht has been involved with music since the age of 5, beginning first as an instrumental musician and later developing a strong love for choral music. During his college career at Rollins College in Florida, Adam served as assistant to the director of the Bach Festival Choir, working with both the 100-voice choir and the professional orchestra during rehearsals of Verdi's Requiem. With a bachelors degree in Music Education, he has taught music at the elementary, middle school, and high school levels. A composer in his own right, Adam brings an outstanding working knowledge of both choral and instrumental conducting and many excellent recommendations from colleagues and professors.
   
   Adam began his career with PMAA in the 2006 fall season. In addition to serving as Musical Director for both the Foster City Community Chorus and Heart & Soul, Adam serves as Director of Music at Capuchino High School in San Bruno and Choir Director at Hope United Methodist Church in South San Francisco.
