Rev. Aaron Albrecht

On Sunday, August 5th, Rev. Aaron Albrecht (a son of our congregation in the ministry) and his family will be visiting with us.The Albrechts are on home-leave from their work in Japan with ELCA Global Missions.Pastor Aaron will be preaching at our service that morning.At 4:00 pm, there will be a reception for all the congregations in Area 6 to meet with Pastor Aaron, his family, and hear more about their work for Christ in Japan.

And on August 14, Pastor Aaron Albrecht, the missionary in Japan we support will be here for part of the morning.

Ron will be installed as their pastor in June 2004.

Pastor Aaron Albrecht, son of Oscar and Olivene Albrecht, was born on July 30, 1955, in Topeka.He was baptized in Concordia and confirmed in Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, Hyattsville, Maryland.He attended Lutheran parochial schools and graduated from University of Cincinatti.He completed studies at Luther Northwestern Theological Seminary and was ordained in 1992 in St. Paul Minnesota.He was installed into the ministry at Concordia Kansas.
