Daniel D. Albizu, a native of San Pedro de Marcoris in the Dominican Republic , came to the United States of America , specifically Brentwood , New York (today the "Hispanic Capital" of Long Island ) in 1965 in hopes of realizing his dream.Despite being told he was not "college material" he excelled.He persevered and later gained his Associate's Degree in Business from Suffolk Community College and his Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Long Island University at C.W. Post.He set out working for large companies such as Ford Motor Credit Company in their auditing department, Chase Manhattan Bank as Collection Manager and also worked for the State of New York .

He decided after a few years that it was time to set out on his own and established his own business, Casa Blanca Agency . It was his dream to provide such services as real estate, travel, insurance, translations, income tax filing, immigration, resumés, money transfer (Money Gram and La Nacional Agent), etc.His aim is to help his community by working to alleviate discrimination of his people through education.He is past President of the Brentwood Islander Lion's Club Ltd.; he is a member of the Board of Long Island Housing; he is on Congressman Rick Lazio's Hispanic Advisory Board and has been newly appointed to the Suffolk County Hispanic Advisory Board.
