   "It's a conflict," said Margaret Albiston, Executive Officer of the Willows Chamber Commerce, which is organizing the event. "We can't compete with them [Colusa Casino]. They have more money than us," she added.

   While Ms. Albiston agreed that it was possible that some people could participate in both shows, she was clear that the Colusa show is going to be a problem for them. "Even some locals are going to that show instead of ours," she said.
   
   On the bright side, the Willows show has 80 pre-registered entries this year, more than it has in recent years. And 20 vendors, including two who just signed up Friday, are already slated to be there.
   
   Ms. Albiston also stressed the other positives the Willows show offers compared to their Colusa counterparts. "Our show is on the grass and in the shade," she said of the Jensen Park venue.
   
   She added that three years ago, the casino sponsored the Willows show and hosted the Friday night events in Colusa.
   
   But those who went came back with only complaints, she said.

   It was all in the name of fund raising for the Glenn County Police Action League.
   
   Last year, Albiston raised bail totaling $800, she told the Enterprise-Record.
