Robert B. Albertson, Principal & Chief Strategist, Sandler O'Neill & Partners, L.P., New York, New York Robert B. Albertson was founder and President of Pilot Financial, a global financial sector performance fund spanning European, Latin and US banks, brokers and specialty finance companies.
