   Mark is CEO of Albertson Law Group, P.S., a 40 year old law firm with offices in Kent and Bellevue Washington and Portland, Oregon.Formerly, Mark was a psychiatric social worker.It was his work with the mentally ill that led him to become an Attorney.Mark is Program Counsel for the Washington State Pooled Charitable Trust and advises families nationwide on planning solutions.He is also an active member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners.Mark was recently recognized as one of Seattle Magazine's "Best Personal Wealth Managers in the Seattle Area."
   
   Mark received his bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1982, and his Juris Doctorate Degree from St. Mary's University School of Law in 1987.
   
   Mark is a member of the Washington State Bar Association; Oregon State Bar; American Bar Association; Estate Planning Council of Seattle; Washington Planned Giving Council, National Committee on Planned Giving; National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.Mark is past President of the Rotary Club of Southcenter, and is past President of the Board of Directors, Highline Community Hospital Foundation; past President, Mediation Consortium of Washington State; former board member of the National Alliance for the Mental Ill, former Trustee, Washington State Bar Association Young Lawyers Division; Board of Directors of the Kent Downtown Partnership and is currently President of the Board of Directors of the Kent Chamber of Commerce.
