   "This is just the first step in our expansion process," said Andy Albertson, the business-development manager for Bald Eagle Technologies. Most of Bald Eagle's 10 employees will move to Winston-Salem, but some operations will remain in Yadkinville. The company said it expects to add employees this year.
   
   Bald Eagle's main business is providing network support, including Internet and computer security, installing Internet telephony and installing Virtual Private Networks, or VPN. It recently started Cornerstone Information Group, a division that serves nonprofit and social-service organizations. Cornerstone's application service, VisionXT, improves case management, reduces an organization's vulnerability to fraud, and eventually increases productivity, the company said.
