Mrs. Anne Marie Albertine

Anne Marie Albertine joined the Washington Financial Group in 1997.Her practice specializes in personal and business insurance planning, financial and estate analysis, investment planning, and a full range of employee benefits including group insurance, retirement programs and executive compensation plans.

Mrs. Albertine joined the firm upon the completion of a retail management career of twenty-five years with Sears, Roebuck and Co.As a senior executive in the Washington, DC region, she held positions in marketing management, business development, information systems and store general management.

From 1987 to 1997 she had the privilege of serving the community as a member of the Board of Directors of Columbia Hospital for Women Foundation and Medical Center.While a member, she was involved with the risk management, performance improvement and ways and means committees, and additionally held the offices of Treasurer and Vice Chair.

She is an active member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors - Greater Washington, DC Chapter and has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Association.She currently serves as the Chair of the Legislative Affairs Committee.In addition, she represents the association as a member of the District of Columbia Insurance Federation.She has earned the professional designations of Chartered Life Underwriter, Fellow of the Life Underwriters Training Council, Certified Long-Term Care Consultant, and is a member of the Washington, DC Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals.She is a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table.

Mrs. Albertine holds an MBA from the Kogod College of Business Administration of American University and a BS from College Misericordia in Dallas, Pennsylvania, where she has been member of the President's Advisory Circle.She and her husband, Jim, and children are members of the parish of the Church of the Little Flower in Bethesda, where she served as Parish Council President from 1997-2001.
