   Alberta, who is commanding law enforcement at the fair during its 11-day run, helped bring the Marines and their families to the fairgrounds yesterday.
   
   He came up with the idea to have the Marines as special guests for the day, and "made a simple phone call" to Curry A. Roberts, president of the State Fair, to make it happen.
