Lucy is an amateur astronomer with 24 years experience and is a past president of the Harford County Astronomical Society in Bel Air, MD.She has taught adult beginners in how to get started in the hobby at Harford Community College.Lucy is currently employed by the Space Telescope Science Institute's Office of Public Outreach. -
