   Mr. Albert is the President of the Estate Planning Council of Nassau, Inc., and serves on the Professional Advisory Committee of the Long Island Community Foundation. He is a Trustee of the Heckscher Museum of Art.
   
   Mr. Albert received his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law in 1984 and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens College in 1981.
