   This is Eric's 8th year on the Seattle Out and Proud Board.He moved to Seattle ten years ago from Phoenix, AZ.Eric has always been involved in the LGBT community, and when he got here, he wanted to get involved in the Seattle LGBT community and help make a difference.
   
   As president, he will focus on fostering and maintaining positive and productive relationships with the LGBT and allied communities, media, funders, donors, and other organizations in coordination with other Board members.As President, Eric leads the board of directors, overseeing the strategic planning, legal and fundraising initiatives of the organization.He also helps to network and interface with the community.Eric presides over meetings, proposes policies and practices, sits on various committees, monitors the performance of Directors and Officers, submits various reports to the board, to funders, and to other "stakeholders"; proposes the creation of committees; appoints members to such committees; and performs other duties as the need arises.Eric is proud to be on the Board for Seattle Out and Proud and hope to make Seattle Pride® the best ever!
