Prior to founding Nanomineral Corp, Charles Ager was Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of the ABM Mining Group.Charles Ager's executive positions included Chairman of ABM Mining, ABM Gold, Sonora Gold, Goldenbell Resources, and United Resources, and also President of Inca Resources.
With ABM and its subsidiaries, Charles Ager was responsible for all technical and financial aspects of building and maintaining a medium-sized mining company, including property acquisition, exploration, permitting, developing, production, and finance.With ABM, Charles Ager developed a large producing gold mine and discovered two other major gold deposits in the Mother Lode, California.While at ABM, Charles Ager also developed an algorithm that could quantify economic potential of a gold property early in the drilling program.Charles Ager sold ABM to Northgate Mining in 1988.

Before ABM, Charles Ager was President and Founder of Ager Group of Geotechnical Companies, for which he oversaw technical and financial aspects of numerous exploration and development projects in Canada, United States, Africa, and the Far East.
