Alper Adli Senior Financial Analyst

Alper Adli joined The Molasky Group of Companies in October 2004, as a Senior Financial Analyst.He brings more than 10 years of experience in accounting and business analysis to the firm from public accounting, manufacturing, construction and land development industries.Among other duties Adli's primary responsibilities are to assist the company in analyzing the financial viability of new business opportunities.

Alper is often called upon to perform financial and market analysis for new development projects.In addition, he prepares business plans and financial forecasts to secure investor capital and bank financing for projects.

Prior to joining The Molasky Group of Companies Adli was a Senior Financial Analyst at the Howard Hughes Corporation where he was in charge of the company's price participation program and Summerlin current value model.Previously, Adli worked as an auditor at McGladrey and Pullen.His clients included financial institutions, home builders and construction companies.

Adli received his MBA from the University of Missouri in Kansas City in 1993 with an emphasis in finance.He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the Istanbul University.He is a certified public accountant in the state of Nevada and a member of American Institute of CPA's and Nevada Society of CPAs.
